Come Be With Ice

I gave my fair warning!! Here comes Ice loveeeee…

On Oct 14th, Ice released his 3rd solo album called Ice With U and all i have to say is that I love it!! although I do have to say I think ice is smoking when he says that this album has a positive look on love because well quite frankly a lot of the songs are pretty sad! But good sad! Whatever, the songs are great. I think it shows some growth from his Party On Ice album and the best part is that Ice really had hand in this album being named Co-Producer for it as well.

I previously posted about I.See.U, Kon Naah Song Saan, & Ruk Laak Pob already so I’ll leave those out for now. The album was mostly worked on by 2 producers/writers that Ice has worked with since the beginning, being P’Mick Chestha and P’Boat Banana Boat, I would totally do the entire album but I think that may be overkill so if you would like to find out more about the album feel free to check out my inter ice blog here. I’ll be doing major updates there within the next week.

So instead I will just feature some songs that I think are pretty darn awesome.

First up is ชอบคนเจ้าชู้ / Chorb Kon Jao Choo / I Like A Player. Just the title is O_o how he goes from being someone that is sad to like a player I don’t know but yea… the dance is like woah haha my only complaint for this song is that its a little long. but i really like the sound is kind of like a disco but a harder little bit rocky version if that makes any sense. definitely not the happy carefree pop songs your use to hearing from ice and i mean with lyrics like these…

Memory Heart
OMG this song is so cute and freaking clever. at first when i saw the title i lifted an eyebrow. but i dont know why i ever doubt ice… the song is so awesome! basically everything we do when we want to keep it we save it on a memory card but there are somethings that are just to freaking important to save on a normal memory card so where would you save it? your memory heart of course!

ยักษ์ / Yak / Demon
Seeing the name of this song also made me go O_o I mean who names a song yak? If you don’t know Thai culture, it is a masked creature like a demon with fangs but the song is freakin hilarious… not only does it rhyme but its just too funny ice is a crazy stalker man!

My favorite songgggg!!! It’s so pretty and the meaning is so awwww. In a radio interview, Ice said that this song was written for his family friends and fans… all I gotta say is mai dtong gaan arai eek laew muean gun!!!
This is my favorite line in the song.

Ice said that since he finished school (studying musicals in school), he has never had a chance to use it so wanted the chance to do so and so wrote this song… it also features the beautiful voice of Rose Sirintip… It’s another heartbroken song sad but beautiful!
